"Received exceptional care"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / General Medicine (Ward 3C)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son recently attended the children's A+E at the Royal Hospital for children in Glasgow with a broken arm. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, cared for, and in the best hands possible.

The doctors, nurses and theater staff where so kind and incredibly compassionate, always taking the time to explain everything in a way that reassured us. Their kindness and patience made such a difference during what was a very stressful time. All staff were amazing always making sure my son felt safe and supported.

When my son was transferred to the children's orthopedic ward 3C after surgery again he recived exceptional care from all the staff.

We are beyond grateful for the care my son received at the Royal Hospital for children. We would like to say a big thank you to all the wonderful staff who made a difficult time so much easier.
