5 Stars for the young lady on reception this afternoon (1/4) at boundry house. I explained my problem and she understood read my notes, emailed the duty doctor, and sorted out the problem. 0 Stars for the 2 ladies on reception at County Lane who neither understood or were bothered.

Dear Teresa,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience. Whilst I am pleased you had a very positive and helpful interaction with a receptionist at our Boundary House (Mount Lane) site, I am sorry and disappointed that this was not the experience when interacting with our receptionists at County Lane. I am keen to address this with the staff in question so if you would be able to send an email to frimleyicb.practicemanager.foresthealthgroup@nhs.net - this will enable the issue to be fully investigated and addressed.
