"Unable to get appointments due to only 1 doctor…"

Over the last couple of months family members have tried to get appointments at Lisson Green Health centre but have been sent to other surgeries.Only to be told you need to need your own doctor.Who was not available for an appointment due to the fact that they were not at the surgery every day.Have all the doctors got private practices as well so that nhs patients have to be sent all round Westminster.

Another family member was told That a letter needed for an assessment was not done because of someone being off sick.Why wasn’t someone asked to send the letter so far the wait has been over a month.There is far to much working from home in the NHS that is a lot to do with the backlog for appointments this needs addressing at the earliest opportunity.
