"She is an absolute credit"

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I was delivering flowers on Sunday (Mother's Day), and while putting a card through the letterbox of a house where nobody was at home, I got badly bitten on my right middle finger. Nurse Kayley at the Vale of Leven Hospital, Minor Injuries Unit, was absolutely wonderful in administering all the appropriate care and treatment I required. She also kept me fully informed as to how my treatment was going to proceed after leaving her care.

She was extremely competent and professional and was great at establishing a friendly rapport with me, which was very reassuring and much appreciated. She is an absolute credit to the VOL and the NHS. I hope that she is informed of this message.
