I used the services of the Rushcliffe heart Failure nurse from October 24 to February 25.
My nurse was Jessica. She is one of the loveliest, kindest, most empathetic, professional people I have had the very good fortune to meet on my health care journey.
These are not enough accolades to describe Jess, she is amazing in her job, and an absolute credit to the service.
