"No aftercare"

About: Southport and Formby District General Hospital

My wife had a Dynamic hip operation 9th March. Moved to Ormskirk Hospital 12th March. Discharged 14th March. She has received absolutely no aftercare. Physio,care package,follow up treatment. She is in pain 24 hours a day and no one cares. I have rang Southport,Ormskirk and our GP and they all pass the buck "mothing to do with us" Meanwhile my wife suffers. The end of NHS I think
