Dear Royal Edinburgh Hospital Adults Emergency Department, at Little France.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent visit to the emergency department. Doctor Anna and the entire staff were incredibly kind and professional, making a difficult situation much more bearable.

Special thanks to the staff in radiotherapy as well, whose kindness and encouragement meant a lot to me. Young boy nurse who serve me with medication left me bottle of water on my back pack when I was taken to X ray. Small things mean a lot!! Amazing people and staff!! It’s good to know people at NHS care about you when you in pain.

Your dedication and hard work are truly appreciated.
