About: North Devon District Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I thank Mr Jagodzinski and his team for a very successful little operation to straighten a finger seriously affected by Dupuytren's. Despite the obvious pressure the hospital is under from a fast-growing local population, all the staff were kind and helpful.

The operation, under local anaesthetic, was painless. Despite being one of the last on the list, the Physio department waited to make and fit the splint I needed.

Altogether it was a very good experience. Thank you so much. Please accept my prayers of thanks, and God's blessing on your work.

Dear encryptionkt37,

I am the hand therapy lead here in North Devon.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for the delay in responding to your feedback. I have only recently become a Care Opinion responder.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback regarding your surgery and hand therapy follow up.

It is always nice to hear when our patients have a good experience, and appreciate our work.

I will pass on your feedback to the rest of the team.

Kind regards,

Karen
