Attended with my daughter due to suspected ocular shingles. Waiting area not so busy and very few ambulances came in, however still almost 7 hr wait due to lack of cubicles (filled with patients waiting to be transferred) when eventually seen doctor was unable to get equipment to function to check my daughter's eyes. Doctor had a quick look, offered very little reassurance , sent us on our way with anti-viral meds, said could do with eye gel but didn’t have just to go to pharmacy then told us to follow up with optician. Considering how serious ocular shingles can be and risk of sight loss or damage, the doctor gave impression they couldn’t get rid of us quick enough.
"Didn't feel reassured"
