"Understanding service delivery"

About: Edgware Community Hospital / Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

(as a service user),

I was recently worried that the MS group had a conflict of interest with inviting private enterprises to visit, my main concern being that we were being asked to fund our own physio and that NHS time was being used to advertise private therapy. However, I was very grateful to receive a detailed response from Khyla(physio) who reached out and reassured me that we weren't being expected to fund our own therapy. Khyla also confirmed that as we have conditions that will worsen, alternatives (even private ones) at the group can help provide additional exercise opportunities. Thank-you Khyla for your prompt and helpful responses to my questions.

Thank you @Cat3 for your comments regarding your recent correspondence with my colleague Khyla. I'm happy to hear that you found the interaction helpful and that she has reassured you about NHS provision and additional exercise opportunities for clients with neurological conditions in Barnet.
