My 16 year old son became unwell at home and as he was at times incoherent and very unsteady we took him to A&E.
He was triaged quickly by the nurse who then sent him straight to see the doctor.
He was incredibly kind, did the necessary tests and treatment explaining everything that was being done along the way.
My husband and I were allowed to stay with him throughout his time there and when he had been treated and well enough he was discharged home.
All the staff involved from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors were kind and professional.
