I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experiences with the appointment booking process at your practice. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope my observations can contribute positively to the services you provide.

Firstly, I would like to address the significant waiting times I have encountered when attempting to reach your reception team. On several occasions, I have found myself waiting between 45 minutes to an hour before being able to speak with someone. While I understand that high demand can lead to longer wait times, this has been quite frustrating and has made it challenging to access the care I need in a timely manner.

Moreover, when I finally managed to connect with a member of your team, I was disappointed to find that face-to-face appointments were not being offered. I understand that there may be valid reasons for this policy, especially in light of ongoing health considerations, but I would appreciate more clarity on the rationale behind it. When I inquired about the lack of in-person appointments, I felt that my concerns were met with rudeness rather than understanding. It is vital for patients to feel heard and respected, especially when they are seeking assistance with their health.

Additionally, I have experienced difficulties with the alternative options provided for booking appointments. The suggestion to call back the following morning at 8 am is not practical, as I have found it nearly impossible to get through due to the high volume of calls. Furthermore, the links sent to me for online booking have not worked, adding to my frustration and confusion.

I truly believe that the primary goal of your practice is to support and assist patients in managing their healthcare needs. However, my recent experiences have left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied with the service provided. It is my hope that by sharing this feedback, improvements can be made to enhance the overall patient experience.
