(as the patient),

I just want to thank the patient transport teams who've looked after me with such care and professionalism.  Over the last few weeks each team made sure I was taken to Area 5, Forth Valley on time for my appointments.  I had surgery for a broken ankle and unable to bear weight so don't know how I would've managed to get to FRVH safely.  I really do appreciate their dedication.
