"What a positive experience"

I visited OOH GP this am in St Andrews Community Hospital Fife and was seen by Dr Stevens or Stevenson what a positive experience. From entering the hospital I was met with a friendly receptionist who advised me on what to do prior to appointment, then seen by Dr Stevens/ Stevenson who took his time to listen to me and provided the right advice not just on my emergency situation but, also on potential causes and provided advice on what I should be doing following todays appointment. I did not feel rushed or anxious about taking up this gentleman’s time. I have left this appointment feeling like someone cared about my wellbeing and health. Thank you
