"Poor signage"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I was visiting Stobhill hospital recently for a blood test. When I scanned my letter to sign in it said I was to attend "Day Hospital". It was very difficult to find where I was meant to go as there was no clear signage to direct me. I had to ask the receptionist at a different clinic to tell me where to go. Even when I was pointed in the right direction, there was only a small paper sign and temporary sign on a stand hidden behind a column that told me where to go. I was a couple of minutes late because of it.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to Stobhill Hospital for a blood test. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced due to the lack of clear signage directing you to the "Day Hospital."

We understand how frustrating it can be to navigate through the hospital without proper guidance, and we regret that this caused you to be late for your appointment. Your comments have been shared with our Facilities Team to ensure that the signage is more visible.

Kind Regards

Nicole
