"Listens to all my worries and addresses them all"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I have been attending the dry eye clinic at Queen Margaret hospital for the last year. Everyone I have met from receptionist at front door to the staff have been so helpful. Julia, the nurse I have been seeing, has been nothing short of amazing and has helped me so much. I once thought that I would have to just put up with my dry eyes but Julia has given me so much help and advice and has listened to all my worries and addresses them all. She is a credit to the NHS, as is the Ophthalmology department at Queen Margaret.

The issues I have with my eyes has affected my confidence and I am so paranoid about them but I am starting to slowly regain my confidence again.

It is lovely to hear that you have found everyone to be so helpful when you attend appointments within the hospital.

Julie provides a fantastic service to all of her patients within ophthalmology, she is absolutely a credit to the service! I will take great pride in passing on your words to her.

We wish you well in your ongoing recovery and hope you continue to develop confidence each and every day.

Take care,

Ashley
