I have been to this department on several occasions now and the staff are the friendliest, most caring people. They are so good at putting you at ease and making sure you are aware of everything that is going on. I could not have asked for better treatment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely comments following your visit to Whiteabbey Endoscopy unit.

You have probably become familiar with some of the staff if you have had a few visits and you will have noticed that they all work extremely hard to ensure patients are kept informed as well as offering reassurance when required.

I will be sure to pass on your comments at our daily briefing.
