(as a service user),

I saw Dr Chakraborti for a second opinion re my stage 4 metastatic cancer diagnosis. 

He was incredibly understanding and compassionate . He listened carefully to mine and my wife's questions and answered everything in detail in terms we could understand . 

We now know why I am on the treatment I was put on with no explanation before . Have a clear plan for future treatment and a lot more hope . 

Left feeling reassured and seen .
