"Don’t know what to say "

So everytime I speak to my docter she says yes make a face to face anytime .

Ring reception to do this and the receptionist says .. the manager won’t let us make face to face appointments , has to be a phone call first then if they think I need a face to face I can make one but it can only be on a Thursday night or a Saturday . That goes against what reception told me last time I was in there , it goes against what my docter told me , so who’s correct . They make it up as the go along
