About: Adult Community District Nursing Teams / Shankill District Nursing Team

(as a relative),

We as a family nursed my father in law with a diagnosis of dementia, cancer and heart problems. Through his last few months and especially the last weeks, we were supported by a fantastic nursing team. Nothing was too much trouble and they nursed my father in law with so much care, as well as providing emotional support and encouragement to the family. Thanks to the whole team, with special mentions for Gill, Ryan and Roisin.
