"Appointment changes"

About: Nightingale Hospital Exeter / Centre of Excellence for Eyes Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I got a letter from RD&E saying I didn't attend my appointment and they told me I would be discharged from the GP and from the Optometrist.

The initial appointment was at the Nightingale at 11am. They called me in the morning at approximately 9am to tell me that the appointment had been switched at the RD&E West of England Eye Clinic. I turned up at the allotted time that Nightingale had to me, to be told that I was supposed to be there for 9am, and to come back at 1pm. I went back at 1pm and saw all of the doctors I needed to.

I am not happy about receiving this letter. I saw them twice last week and once this week.
