"Best Practice Manager in Barnsley"

The Practice Manager at Huddersfield Road Surgery in Barnsley, is not only a brilliant doctor she is also a fantastic manager of the whole practice.

I don’t attend this practice very often but when I do she is always friendly, kind, understanding and always explains everything about the ailment or condition I am suffering with.

I am currently requiring a second referral for a total knee replacement and time after time I have failed to get an appointment with a doctor.

I communicated with the doctor via Mail and she responded within a day.

I am now referred back to the consultant that dealt with my previous knee op.

She is very truthful and honest, even when there are difficult issues to discuss.

I have been to many doctors in my 59 years but this Practice Manager is by far the most gifted and talented one.

I don’t think that doctors get the acknowledgement and gratitude that their efforts clearly warrant and this doctor always goes above and beyond that of a local GP.

If NHS presented awards I do believe that this practice manager would be the recipient year after year.
