On this occasion, as with all others, we were seen on the same day. The reception staff were efficient and helpful. The doctor, as always was kind and compassionate. She was very thorough, listened to my concerns about my daughter - gave her a thorough check over and I was happy with the suggested diagnosis and treatment.
I always find the doctors really reassuring, they never make you feel silly for being worried about your children and always take you seriously. My children have always been seen on the same day. My husband and I have been seen on the same day or within a very reasonable time-frame. Moved to this surgery from another local surgery and couldn't be happier!
