I arrived and was greeted warmly. Was taken promptly and although not many would enjoy having their bloods taken the nurse carried this out swiftly and painlessly.
The nurse had a lovely manner. Her easy conversation was relaxing and she had taken my blood before I even realised it!
Friendly and professional - no concerns for any future visits.
