"Beauchief Medical Centre"

I had a PSA blood test on 19th March and a follow up internal examination one week later at the Baslow Road practice. On completion of the latter, I was asked to provide a urine sample in a piece of kit provided by the surgery. This was duly completed and said sample hand in at the reception. Today, I have received a message from the medical centre informing me that my sample has been either lost or is unusable. I therefore need to provide another urine sample. Whilst wanting to comply with this request, I’m disappointed that this has occured.
