About: Children and Young People Services / HENRY Programme (Health, Exercise & Nutrition in Really Young)

(as a parent/guardian),

Zoe introduced me to the henry 1:1 programme. She was very confident in her approach and delivery of the programme and explained things very clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt very comfortable speaking to Zoe about things that I have tried in the past in regards to healthy eating and our approach to behaviour. I now feel confident in moving forward and implementing the new knowledge in our day to day lives to give my family the best start going forward. I feel that many other parents would benefit greatly from this programme.

Hello oscarfs37,

thank you very much for taking the time to post this lovely review regarding your recent experience with the HENRY programme. I am delighted that your confidence has grown as a parent and you have gained knowledge that you can apply to your everyday life.

At HENRY, we understand the challenges of parenting and understand that sometimes it can be difficult to know what to do to provide the best start for our children. We aim to support families as a whole and implement a non-judgmental approach.

I look forward to passing your review on to Zoe who, like all of our facilitators is a compassionate, dedicated and supportive facilitator and it is lovely to see her hard work being recognised.
