"No concern was too small"

About: Children and Young People Services / Health Visiting

(as a service user),

After 3 months of appointments with Annette (Crossmaglen Health Centre) I feel so well supported and minded as a new mum and I know my son has been in good hands.

No concern was too small for her and she was always available to answer questions I had. She made me feel at ease if something wasn’t a big deal and gave very knowledgeable and evidence based advice if something was concerning.

Hello danczm69, thank you for taking the time to speak about your experience with your health visitor Annette.

Congratulations on the birth of your son.

I am delighted to hear that you have such a positive and supportive relationship with Annette and that this has supported you as a new mother. It sounds like Annette was able to alleviate concerns that you had and provide a listening ear when it was needed.

I will share you kind words with Annette and the team and we will all continue to learn from experiences shared.

Best wishes

Suzanne
