"A&E visit 18.2.2025"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

I had an accident on 18th February 2025. The staff were fantastic on both HDU where I was initially and A&E. I was treated with respect and kindness. I had fallen down an escalator and a gash to my head and other injuries. My head was sutured on 19th Feb. I had sustained a fracture to my shoulder. Thank you to all the staff that looked after me. I was very grateful for your help. A* thank you

Hi

My name is Catherine and part of my role is responding to posts on Care Opinion.

Apologies for the delayed response, I have been away on leave.

I am sorry to hear of your accident.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your experience at Bradford Royal Infirmary.

It is great to hear that you felt staff were fantastic on both HDU and A & E, and that you were treated with respect and kindness.

I will share your feedback with both teams, it will be very much appreciated I am sure.

As a Trust we strive to provide a high level of care and patient well being and value all feedback, positive or negative, as a way to drive improvements to our services.

Thank you again for your positive feedback and I wish you a successful recovery,

Kind regards
