"Kind and empathetic service"

I recently joined Waverley Medical Practice and I must say, this is the best GP practice in Coatbridge by far.

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Doctor McColgan now on a few occasions and feel that this doctor really deserves some credit for being a great GP. She has given my ample time and provided a listening ear at a much needed time.

She has treated me with respect, kindness, empathy and compassion and I am truly thankful to know that I now have a GP who I feel confident in knowing I’ll be taken care of properly as this certainly hasn’t been the case with previous practices.
