About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Lymington

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The Frailty team looked after me. I had a fall, I tripped in the kitchen and fell on the floor. I was a nurse when younger and understand how hard their job is.

They were so supportive and professional.

I can't fault them in anyway.

I am so very grateful for all the help and care they gave me.
