"I felt real peace of mind"

About: Public Health Nursing / School Nursing Service Trustwide

(as a parent/guardian),

My son recently had his p1 check up. The nurse Claire was very pleasant and was great with him especially when checking his eyes and ears. She was very patient when I voiced any concerns I had. I felt real peace of mind when I left, it definitely makes a difference being able to see a nurse face to face rather than over the phone.

Dear 2020mamabear

My name is Elizabeth Whyte, Lead nurse in Public health nursing

Thank you so much for getting in touch to leave a lovely review for the school nurse Claire who completed your child's P1 health appraisal.

I am delighted to read that this appointment with the school nurse was a positive experience and that you left with peace of mind.

We really value receiving your feedback and I will ensure your story is shared with Claire and the school nursing teams.

Best wishes.

Elizabeth
