Mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy - the doctor, Alice, and nurse, Brenda, were so kind and gentle. They reassured me the whole time and I got a lovely hug from Brenda too. Alice was super knowledgeable and thorough which was so reassuring. The whole experience was very efficient - thank you to all staff involved for looking after me.

Thank you Ringlets for taking the time to leave such lovely, positive feedback. I will ensure that Alice, our Consultant Radiographer and Brenda our Healthcare support worker are made aware of this. The appointment can be an anxious time especially when a biopsy is required and I am glad that you felt so reassured and comforted throughout by the team members that you met.
