"Rude Employees"

About: Quedgeley Medical Centre

The medical center provides excellent mental health services for those in need. However, the GP reception staff have been nothing but rude, unprofessional and argumentative to myself and other regarding appointments or concerns. The use of a lethargic tone, unfriendly attitude and rude behaviour complete undermines the values of the NHS.

Having made a call to the center. I was interrupted multiple times when describing my symptoms and very quickly pressured into a pharmacy. Despite not knowing the full story or any previous steps I've taken.
