"Triage lack of care"

I feel completely let down by the staff in triage maternity department. 

I called my midwife because I hadn't felt my baby move and they advised me to go into triage for review. 

I was met by a midwife  who was so rude and dismissive to me on arrival. 

I was put on a monitor and left in the bed with no reassurance. While I sat waiting to see if my baby was OK and incredibly anxious I could hear all of the staff laughing in the staff area together. 

It was very inconsiderate and upsetting. Thankfully my baby was OK but it has really put me off going back there.

I spoke to my midwife, who told me I must always call If I am worried about baby, but I do not want to go back there again and have the same inconsiderate treatment.

I thought a maternity hospital would have compassionate staff.
