I was referred to gynaecology due to concerns about medication I was taking to reduce the risk of breast cancer reoccurring. This was really stressful for me and flared up some cancer related PTSD.

I was seen by Dr Clark. Everything about his interactions with me was excellent. He came and got me from the waiting room, introduced himself, was personable, professional, validated my feelings and was empathetic. The nurse working with him, Flip I think she was called, was also excellent.

Dr Clark has written several letters to me which I have received in My Care. The way he communicates is great and he treats the patient as a real person. There was a question during the appointment which I couldn't answer so he has got in touch with my oncologist and written to me with the answer.

He made what felt initially like a stressful situation into something I could manage, I'm very grateful.

Good Afternoon ElizA76,

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, I am so pleased that you received such excellent care and had a positive experience whilst with us in Clinic 2.

I will feed this back to both Mr Clark, Flip and the team, I'm sure they will be very happy to hear this.

Best wishes
