(as the patient),

To me they seemed not very sympathetic and just read from their notes and asked me questions rather than getting involved in my needs and just seemed like they wanted to rush

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to give this feedback. It’s incredibly valuable for us as a service to hear from patients how their experience has been. It helps us to identify what’s working well, and what we can do better in the future.

I’m so sorry that you didn’t feel your clinician was very sympathetic, and that you felt like they were just reading notes rather than taking the time to explore your needs properly. This isn’t how we want people to feel after an assessment with the service.

I’m not sure whether you had any further sessions arranged, but if you’d like to talk about your experience further so we can consider any next steps regarding your care please do give our office a call on 03000 215 108 and ask for Faye to give you a ring.
