About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Young People (T3)

(as a service user),

Danielle has come to see me today to talk to me about vaping and  long term risks as I am vaping daily. She has discusses the risks  and shown me a video on the dangers and how 1 dual pod has equivalent  to a pack of fag's a day!

She showed me what vaping causes and how it damages your lungs and how it can effect your lungs, brain development and memory. It has made me open my eyes and see how bad it can be and the harm it may cause. I feel that I felt understood

I am glad you felt the work completed provided you with the education around the risks and potential consequences of vaping and that you have been able to reflect about this in relation to your own use. It is important you felt understood during the session so you were able to engage well.
