About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Ear, Nose & Throat (ward 3b)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son had been getting very sore ears for a long time and was referred to ENT

When we were seen, the girls from audiology were fantastic at getting a thorough hearing test. They made moulds for ear plus for his swimming.

When we seen the ENT consultant, she was so nice to my son, she listened, directed the questions at him and explained things very well in a language we could understand.

It’s wonderful to know that the audiology team made your son feel comfortable while conducting the hearing test and ensuring he had the right earplugs for swimming. We’re also delighted to hear that the ENT consultant took the time to listen to your son, communicate effectively, and explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
