"Booking Centre staff sorted the problem at source for me"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

Due to a paperwork mix up I was left waiting 6 months for a physio appointment that never ever existed. Compounded by further honest mistakes I was asked to reapply for physiotherapy and somewhat unfortunately slipped through the cracks of the system again and had been waiting another two months and had no appointment in sight.

After calling the Booking Centre and speaking to the amazing Andrea she called through to the Physio team direct and sorted the problem at source for me. Looking forward to finally getting the physio I need.

I am very sorry to hear to had a mix up with your physiotherapy appointment and understandably this would have resulted in a delay in the care you require.

I am delighted you managed get your appointment sorted by Andrea in the booking centre alongside the team. I hope your upcoming physiotherapy appointment goes well.

Hi Aline,

I received physio at Clydebank Health Centre last week, all went well! Thanks to Andrea again
