About: Heartlands Hospital

on ward 21 Opad was shocked to patients were treated, not with care , some nurses were rude, unfriendly, not attending patients when needed! on my visit there, phone was constantly ringing, lady sat there on her mobile phone not answering the phone, when patient needed jug of water, was told by nurse i am busy will get it later, not the survice i would expect from trained nurses
