(as a service user),

I was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer in June 2023. I am finding it difficult having a shower and need a seat for showering

Mel. A lovely person, put me at ease straight away. Measured the bath and ordered me a seat for making my showering easier. She is going to call round in 2 weeks to see how I’m getting on with the shower seat. Mel is very positive and knows how to speak with people. A really nice person.
