"Understanding and Empathetic with positive help"

Your review: I seeked help regarding sleep and anxiety problems. The practitioner I saw was amazing, the paramedic, spending time and listening to my home problems which I felt was causing my anxiety and sleepless nights. I felt nervous talking about it but he wasn't at all judgmental and was empathetic and showed concern, thus I felt I could open up and it helped to share. He could see I needed some help through this, and I was very relieved to be treated seriously and offered help with medication and further appointment to review. I have just had my second appointment with him and am pleased to say I received exactly the same empathetic treatment from him and the medication is certainly helping. I am also pleased I have continuity by seeing the same person. I have always been very pleased with my treatment at Waterside by everyone however I have never had to in the past approach the practice regarding my mental health, but I am so pleased I did as I really feel that I am being helped and will continue to get the support I need.
