I was suffering with really bad vertigo, migraine and constant ear infections that was making managing my other conditions really difficult. I had no idea what was going on but it was the ENT department at the Royal Alexandra were wonderful.
Mr Murray knew straight away what was wrong and got me straight onto a treatment plan, with his secretary Kerry going above and beyond to help sort out my care. I had surgery with him in late Feb and felt completely in safe hands and supported.
Cholesteatomas are rare but he was very knowledgeable and reassuring and he was very helpful in getting me sorted out. He even did a wonderful job with the stitches and minimising hair shaving so I felt like myself even post surgery. I feel really lucky to have gotten a consultant and team who are so competent and caring.
