Today I attended the Outpatient clinic (Corridor 3) - I did not wait long to see a nurse who did the pre-assessment check.
Thereafter, I was seen by a SHO Dr Patel who was very approachable, took my medical history and my symptoms very thoroughly. Moreover, Dr Patel was a very good listener, did show a great empathy and treated me with great respect, maintaining my dignity during all the gynae tests that was carried out.
I felt well treated, respected and above all safe.
