About: The Moir Medical Centre

New patient. Wanted to make an appointment. It's all phone - no option for the hearing impared as I can see it. Did I miss something? No email address anywhere - although I did I can opt to receive emails! Oh, I can call in to the surgery make an appointment - whoops, mobility issues. Not a good start.......

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered difficulties accessing our services. The Practice always aims to provide equitable and accessible care to all our patients. Patients are able to access the Practice online, by phone and walk-in including having a hearing loop system at the Practice to support accessibility. Please do contact us at the Practice where we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have in accessing our services. Thanks.
