Had second appointment. All very clear and felt they really wanted to give the right exercises whilst making absolutely sure that i understood what was required.

I also have had Parkinson's diagnosed since 2019 which was taken onto consideration.

We are pleased to hear that following your physiotherapy appointment you have received clear instructions on exercises to aid your recovery, taking into account your Parkinson's condition. We do hope that you are now armed with the correct information to make good progress!
