I sometimes despair of Queens in Romford. Their communication and systems are not great. However, after the usual months of chasing around, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Louise, despite my care bouncing between Neuro and ENT. She got to the bottom of the issue. Spoke to my consultant (though not in her dept) and got me well in the way to resolving my issues. She could have as many have before her, just given me yet another contact and I would spend time messaging with little effect. She chose to take ownership and give me a proper resolution
