"Need lessons in listening "

Was called in for a meds review after asking for a prescribed non regular pain relief medication.

This is supposed to supplement the regular repeat prescription.

Doctor doesn't listen or understand.

Talks about other issues - but feel utterly fobbed off with lack of response, help, everything.

Unfortunately almost every GP at this practice has the same attitude. It is only when I see a locum that what I am repeatedly saying or asking for is actioned.

We're my meds actually reviewed - which was why I was called in for an appointment? Absolutely not!!! I was still refused the breakthrough pain meds I desperately need. For no good reason that could be explained to me.

Total waste of time and money.

Needs vast overhaul ASAP
