Good am

Thankyou so much for taking the time to send in such lovely feedback for the C&B Community Respiratory Team it is really appreciated. I know the team really enjoy this aspect of the service they deliver. It is really humbling to hear first hand of the benefits and quality of the programme for our patients, well done for completing this, it is a massive step in taking control and self managing many aspects of your condition, and now you have a link to the team for future advise should you need this. Pulmonary rehabilitation is well evidenced to reduce flare ups and hospital admissions. I wish you good health for the future and don't be afraid to reach out to the team for support, we are there in the background if needed.

Thankyou

Anne-Marie Campbell
