"I can't wait to see what the future holds"

About: HMP New Hall / Substance Misuse Service

(as a service user),

I have been in and out of jail for half my life and using heroin. I go to jail get clean then get out and get straight back on the drugs.

Then I went to DRW in New Hall, at first I thought it wouldn't work, but I was wrong, I think DRW is the best thing in HMP New Hall, it helped me work on the deeper reason of why I use drugs.

I am so grateful to all the staff on the DRQ for all the hard work they put in to making it all work. I'm getting out soon and in the past I've been wanting to have drugs, but thanks to DRW I'm excited about getting out to see what my new drug free life is going to be like.

I can't wait to see what the future holds

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

I'm really pleased to hear of the positive experience you have had engaging with Inclusion. It is positive to hear the support you received whilst completing the DRW programme and how this support has had such a positive impact.

I will ensure this feedback is shared with both the DRW team and the wider Inclusion team

Thank you

Lyndsay
